A Local Business Built on Technical Credibility
Alphaialpha has operated from Kenyatta Street, Kitale, since 2018 — serving individuals, traders, and institutions across Trans-Nzoia County.
What Alphaialpha Does, and for Whom
A plain account of the business — what we provide, who we serve, and where we operate.
Alphaialpha is a locally registered small business based in Kitale, Trans-Nzoia County, Kenya. We provide three core service areas: appointment-based consultations and on-site technical visits, product supply and installation tailored to local infrastructure, and a general services offering covering the day-to-day needs of residents and small enterprises in the region. Our clients include individual homeowners managing property improvements, agricultural businesses managing equipment and documentation, schools and county government offices seeking reliable technical support, and retail traders who need professionally executed solutions without the overhead of dealing with distant Nairobi providers. We operate exclusively within Trans-Nzoia County and immediately adjacent areas — we do not maintain branches elsewhere and do not offer remote-only delivery for services that require a physical presence.
How the Team Works — Process, Values, and Real Limits
Concrete details about how we operate, rather than broad statements about quality.
The Alphaialpha team has completed more than 340 client engagements since 2018, across a range from single-unit product deliveries to multi-day technical assessments for county institutions. Our working process follows a consistent four-step pattern: an initial scoping conversation (by phone, WhatsApp, or in person at our Kenyatta Street office), a written confirmation of scope and cost before any work begins, on-site execution with a named technician, and a signed completion note handed to the client. We do not subcontract to unvetted third parties — every technician who attends a job on behalf of Alphaialpha has been trained and assessed by the founding team. Our palette-mood in branding is azure-trust, a deliberate choice: the clear, steady blue that recurs in our materials is meant to signal the same consistency we aim to deliver operationally. That said, we are transparent about what falls outside our remit: Alphaialpha does not provide legal or financial advice, does not offer 24-hour emergency callout (our standard hours are Monday to Saturday), and cannot guarantee outcomes that depend on external factors such as county power supply stability, supplier lead times from Nairobi, or third-party regulatory approvals. Where those external factors are likely to affect your project, we say so in the scoping conversation — not after the fact.
“I have referred four colleagues in Kitale to Alphaialpha since 2022. Each one has come back to me and commented on the written confirmation process — they expected the usual verbal agreement that goes nowhere, and instead received a proper documented handover. That is the difference.”
— Samuel Mutai, Kitale Town
